We had an awesome experience! Jim asked questions to understand our priorities, provided options and estimates, and scheduled the installation. Brian and Alex completed the installation, helped set up the phone app, tested the heat and air conditioning, explained maintenance options, and even vacuumed the floors when they were done! These guys were super-friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Answer Heating and Cooling and specifically Jim, Brian, and Alex.

I have never used anyone other than Answer Heating & Cooling and they never disappoint! I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Service Technicians Tim and Andrew K arrived on time both days and kept me informed of their progress. I currently cannot climb stairs so they took pictures of all the work they performed and reviewed them with me when finished.
