I highly recommend Answer. Everyone was so wonderful from the first phone call! The repair technician was so kind and explained to me why we needed a new water heater. Joel got us an estimate quickly for a fair price and Bob Greene was quick and efficient installing the new water heater. He also showed me how everything worked and answered all of my many questions. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and kind and very professional! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
